How This Works
Just fill out this form and chef Mimi will contact you after reviewing your form within three working days.
The budgets listed below do not include staffing cost (at $150 for each staff to be kitchen helper and server).
Quantity of staff needed depends on the number of guests and menu selected (in general, chef needs one staff for up to six or seven guests, two staff for a larger party or omakase menu).
Your private dinner experience includes:
- A multi-course dinner cooked by a Michelin-trained chef
- 1 complimentary amuse bouche
- Ingredients sourcing, grocery expenses, table setting, and ambiance curating
- Clean-up
Gratuity is not required although appreciated by the server (chef won’t accept gratuity). Dishware, stemware, flatware & cookware are provided by the client.

Indulgence
- A customized gastronomic indulgence where every bite tells a story of passion and culinary excellence.
- Four Courses + One Amuse Bouche
- $185 per person (for 4-5 guests)
- $165 per person (for 6+ guests)
Ultimate
- Experience Chef Mimi’s customized menu featuring luxury ingredients and show-stopping presentations.
- Five Courses + One Amuse Bouche
- $225 per person (for 4-5 guests)
- $200 per person (for 6+ guests)
Omakase
- “Omakase” translates to “I’ll leave it up to you,” allowing the chef to craft a meticulously balanced, small-portioned nine-course dinner full of surprises, seasonality, and artistic presentation.
- Nine-Course Tasting Menu
- $325 per person (for 4-5 guests)
- $300 per person (for 6+ guests)

Restrictions
We apologize that we do not serve less than four guests. For a party of more than 12 will be considered on a per case basis.
No extra charge for addresses within 30 miles from Jacksonville Beach, FL. Exceptions to these restrictions will be taken into consideration on a per case basis, and an extra fee may occur.
A party of 10-12 guests receives one complimentary staff.
Wine pairing recommendations are available at NO extra charge.
